Objective

Integra aims to reduce the number of incidents / improve team work / reinforce safety culture. The Integra team develop a strategy designed to improve issues within your deck operations, implementing improved procedures and measuring success with effective tools, coaching and competency assessments. This includes on-site observation, mentoring and appraisals, re-educating lift planning and risk assessment, compliance audits, re-establishing roles and responsibilities and implementing a corrective actions register to monitor progress.
