Sparrows Fluid Power design and technical support team have the indivdual and team skills to provide timely, cost effective and technically competent solutions to allow us to meet client demands for new-build, modification and upgrade of existing fluid power systems. Sparrows Fluid Power opened a new facility in September 2009 comprising a 300m² space for fabrication and structural assembly; a 475m², 500kw test bay for all open and closed centre pumps; high and low speed dynamometer rig; valve and electronic test rigs; accumulator and cylinder test rigs; a two storey 350m² warehouse for hydraulic components with trade counter access and finally a 750m² service area with HP test bay and a clean room/laboratory area. All equipment is manufactured to ATEX-compliant standards and all lifting frames conform to DNV 2.7.1 Our in-house machining and fabrication facility can produce critical components and mate finished systems into transport cages ready for shipping. Extensive component stores and sophisticated supply chain linkages to key suppliers shorten procurement schedules and speed ultimate delivery. Completed Projects include:
