Powered Industrial Truck (Forklift)

 Course Overview

This one-day training program is designed for personnel responsible for the operation of Forklifts or Powered Industrial Trucks. Safe operation of equipment is a vital element of a productive work environment. This training course covers pre-use inspections, operation and maintenance and shut-down procedures. Basic fundamentals, load ratings, components, operator responsibilities, stability factors and emergency procedures will also be discussed and tested. This course meets OSHA/ASME B.30 STANDARDS. The re-qualification requirement for powered industrial truck operators is every 3 years.
